FROM THE CLASSIC VISIT TO THE MASTER GLASS EXPERIENCE
From the summer of this year, the tours organized by our glassworks are expanding. While until recently our customers chose the classic visit, from now on those wishing to visit the glassworks and watch a glass demonstration will be able to come here for two different, more advanced experiences, called PRIME — The Art of Murano Glass, and GOLD — Master Glass Experience. Here is what each of these tours involves in concrete terms:
- Classic Visit to the Murano Glassworks Our quintessential visit, available 7 days a week from 9 am to 4 pm, open to everyone with on-the-spot booking available, approximate duration 10 minutes, price €5 per person (free for under 15s). Participants will admire live the work of a real master glassmaker engaged in creating delicate pieces such as horses, chandeliers and small objects.
- PRIME — The Art of Murano Glass From August 2026, participants will access the dedicated space for the PRIME — Art of Murano Glass experience, a limited-number show (maximum 8 people) centered on the creation of 3 objects together with the master. In addition to the longer duration (30 minutes) and a welcome drink, this experience is distinguished by the exclusivity of the setting and by the direct interaction with the master.
- GOLD — Master Glass Experience Also from August 2026, we will open the doors to the Master Glass Experience — a unique opportunity to create three Murano glass objects together with one of our master glassmakers. The experience lasts 30 minutes, is reserved for a maximum of 8 participants, and allows you to keep a wonderful memento of the guided tour by taking your own creation home with you.
THE GLASS FACTORY: WHERE WE ARE AND HOW TO REACH US
Our premises are located on the island of Murano, a short distance from Venice, and consist of several spaces including a furnace, a shop, an entrance hall, a storeroom and a bathroom, all within what we like to call our “glass factory”. In this multipurpose setting we work glass every day and welcome hundreds of visitors from all over the world, including buyers looking for original Murano glass works to take home or give as souvenirs.
