Every day dozens of people take part in the guided tours, reaching us at only 300 meters on the right, getting off from the public transport stop “Murano Faro” where lines 4.1, 4.2, 3, 12, 13, 7 land.
Every day dozens of people participate in guided tours arriving at the docking area immediately in front of the entrance to the furnace, by boat, or by ferry. Thanks to a boat tour dedicated to the island of Murano, Venice Water Link will make you discover all the secrets of glass work while sailing on the most modern and comfortable boats of the Lagoon of Venice. You don’t need to bring anything special, and if you get there early and have to wait your turn, there’s a corner bar and porch to eat what you want out of the rain. Do you have a dog with you? No problem, our four-legged friends are always welcome!
How the Murano glass factory visit takes place
Once you arrive at the Murano glass factory you can sit on the seats and listen to the explanation from the speaker, always in the original language based on your nationality. In the meantime, the master glassmaker will demonstrate his technical prowess by performing a series of live glass processes. Unlimited photographs and videos can be taken during the visit at no extra cost.
All this lasts 20 minutes. At the end of this demonstration, the public may go to the showroom area right next to the furnace to view the products on display, buy a souvenir or order what they would like, and then receive it at home by courier. The exhibition space houses chandeliers, mirrors, jewelry, furniture, ornaments, and much more. The shipments we handle allow us to deliver glassware all over the world, thanks to perfect packaging that can withstand any distance. Join the next guided tour too!
